Board Upkeep

Wash

Using a rag, wash all sides of the board with soap and water until clean. Do not use any harsh cleaning products or chemicals.

Dry

Completely dry off the board with a clean rag. Any excess moisture left on the board for an extended period of time will cause the board to warp and potentially crack.

Condition

Using food grade mineral oil or cutting board conditioner, apply a light coat over the entire board. Let sit for a few minutes and then wipe off any excess before using it next.
